How to book?

To book your next function you can click here or send us an email (as seen below) or you can give us a call during our opening hours.

How much is it?

A £100 deposit is needed to secure the room, however this is refundable (if the bar makes £300 over the course of the night).

Do we allow set up and cleaning time?

Of course, as long as we don't have an event in the day before an evening event (which you'll then be allowed in from 5pm). As for cleaning, we do allow you to come back the following day to tidy, howver if you have food left at the end of the night, this needs to be bagged before you vacate the room.

Do we provide catering?

We can provide catering for your event, we can cater for everyone and we can cater for all budgets, just let us know what you want. Of course, you can always find your own or bring your own food.

How late can my event run?

Last orders is at 11.30pm, everyone needs to have vacated the venue by Midnight.

Who cleans the room after the event?

As the hirer, you are required to clear all your rubbish from the rooms, we do have bins however cannot guarantee space in them so please be prepared to take your rubbish with you.

What happens to my deposit?

Your deposit is to cover any damage that might occur to the room or for any overtime we may have to pay staff for, such as for cleaning your rubbish. We aim to get this returned to you within 7 days of the end of your event, however, please be aware this can depend on banks and bank holidays.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

No we are a licenced bar and have drinks and a member of staff dedicated to your event all night, so don't worry you are in safe hands. This also applies to underage drinkers, we operate a challenge 25 policy, anyone that our staff deem to look under 25 will need some form of photographic ID.

Do we allow 21st and under birthdays?

We do accept 21st birthdays, however anything under than and we do not accept them. For a 21st, the hire fee is £200 (£100 is a deposit you will get back) the other £100 goes towards extra staff needed to police this event, such as security.
